Dr Abeer Kamil

Principal Dentist - Elite Smiles

Dr. Abeer graduated from the University of Baghdad in 1995 where she was born and raised. She has over 20 years of experience in general dentistry, however, her main interests are restorative and aesthetic dentistry. One of Dr. Abeer’ s main priorities is making sure her patients have a positive dental experience. With her bubbly personality and caring nature, she is able to put the most dentally phobic patients at ease. Dr. Abeer believes in caring for her patients with a personalised approach while providing them with high quality dental treatment. Dr. Abeer Speaks fluent English and Arabic.

Dr Pragati Kapila

Dentist - Elite Smiles

Dr. Pragati Kapila has been practicing dentistry in Australia since 2014. After graduating with her dental degree in 2008, she completed further studies in children's dentistry at New York University in 2009. Dr. Kapila relocated to Australia in 2013 and has been certified by the Australian Dental Council since 2014.

Dr. Kapila is proficient in all aspects of general dentistry and is particularly passionate about building strong relationships with her patients. She has completed a mini-residency in endodontics (root canal therapy), as well as courses in clear aligner orthodontics and implant placement, and is committed to continuing education. Patients appreciate her kind and compassionate approach, which is especially valuable for those who experience dental anxiety.

Outside of her practice, Dr. Kapila enjoys spending time outdoors with her daughter and dog. She and her husband lead an active lifestyle with a focus on health, fitness, and travel.
